Certain physiological issues impact the positive mental health of women in a vastly different way than men experience. The two most commons differences between men and women is the fact that women are far more likely to suffer from  migraine headaches and are depression in numbers far in excess of their male counter parts.

Estrogen, the female hormone drives the power of the female mind much as does testosterone in men accept the role of women as care givers and mothers produces an inner mental strength which I believe far exceeds the physical strength of men, as i believe most men have learned over the course of their lives.

The power, provided daily by female hormones if not used finds ways to work its magic in her mind producing needless tension and anxiety which often finds its way to a throbbing pain commonly known as a migraine, or as a sense of isolation and or fear, which often translates into a range of emotions. That excess energy if not burned during the course of the day, can create a mental unbalance which can present itself in many different emotional states, such as the abuse of food, substance, alcohol.

Those issues if unresolved, will  eventually lead to mental issues similar to depression. Mental issues in women are often left untreated due to the stigma attached to mental illness or the reaction to the drugs used to treat depression. Those who do not seek help, suffer in silence never realizing they have become a victim of themselves.

There is h9owever good news, the excess energy arising from a woman's hormones can be self treated without drug the need for drugs.  Nature, which provided the excess energy, also provided a natural cure, something virtually all women can do but fear tends to limit most from enjoying natures cure, better known as an orgasm.

To the surprise of most women, orgasms are mind based and mind driven so to the extent her mind is infected with fear, the easy natural solution is not available. Most people, male and female alike, believe the events leading up to a sexual relationship are purely physical in nature,and therefore often are blocked the a mind not at peace and in fear of herself. My guess is the number of women who have ever experienced a total orgasmic release is not statistically measurable due to the presence of fear the origins of which are many.

However, there is a second method to practice good mental health which is free from fear and almost everyone can enjoy. This solution provides both positive mental and physical health, and is commonly identified as exercise. A consistent aerobic exercise program will burn excess calories which will control the excess energy from both hormones and from calories at the same time. All that is required is achieving a hear rate of 125, 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week and the result will be a smoking hot body and a very balanced and stable mind.   Who knows, that combination might prove to be stronger than fear and permit her to enjoy both natures best and exercise.

Man vs Man

As one who has been an observer in the sexual habits of males and females, ive never paid much attention to the relationships between men only. My attention was how ever peaked by the fact there was seldom any show of affection or passion between the males sex partners. It was earlier this week when realized id always know the answer, just never applied it to male only sexual partners

Most men, are sexually driven by a need to orgasm and are not particularly impacted by how, just that they get their sexual release. Ive joked for years that men would have sex with a hole in the fence, if it would relieve their sexual need, Ive also suggested that the reason women who would not seem to be the most sexually desirable get married and have stable relationships because they understand what men want, a blow job for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Three blow jobs a day, brings the man home after work because the need to release sexual tension, is satisfied. They also know that men's sexual drive tends to decline after age 25 which is about the same time women's sexual drive is in high gear and climbing.

Placing all of the above into my little mind, I concluded that most man on male sex, was all about sexual relief without issues raised by women in their search for the right male partner. In other words, its the relief without after effects, or sex without risk. of either emotional attachment or pregnancy None of what is written here in no way is intended to demean committed relationships between two male partners. Its the only explanation i could draw for the lack of apparent personal or emotional attachment, that the pictures posted on various sites seems to suggest.

Many mathematicians believe that everything in the universe can be reduced to a mathematical equation, and as of today, the most complex being in the world, woman, has just been revealed as a mathematical equation. To all, who have said, I cannot understand what a woman wants, now you can make that claim no longer.

Intellect: As a rule, women tend to be more intellectually gifted than their male counterpart, so much so it is often necessary for them to pretend stupidity in order for their male partner to feel important. Many women have devised clever ways to ask their male partner questions which lead to only one conclusion, and that will be the one the male concluded all by himself.

Submission: Most humans of either sex are by birth submissive, meaning the prefer to follow rather than lead, however the male ego often forces the submissive male to make every effort to appear dominant to save face. A small number, of both males and females, are naturally dominant

Character: I believe character does not discriminate by sex however; the male ego tends to disguise male character by the application of their so called macho characteristics. Women also tend to have a much deeper nurturing spirit than do men

Eroticism: The intersections where intellect, submission, abuse and character meet, defines the depth and intensity of her passion. Her depth and intensity of passion is tempered by prior abuse, rape and the application of erotic fantasies to Judea Christian and social norms. Rare is the woman who escapes childhood with her mind free and without fear, in which case, virtually all of the woman is free to love, without fear. This is an issue women generally do not understand and men, are totally clueless.

Fear: From the moment of birth, beginning with her first conscientious thoughts, woman is challenged by the many forms of abuse, social and religious dogma such that she is forced to exist in a state of fear and insecurity. So deep and intensive is this fear that women do not discuss its presence with their closest friends or lovers, despite the fact that this fear controls both her erotic pleasure and her mental health.

Man on the other hand, has no such fear, as that of woman, nor is he aware of the existence of the fear which mans actions or lack thereof, create in the mind of woman. He is also unaware that his abuse of women presents such great pain and suffering both physically and mentally to women and by extension, eventually to him as well. Man believes, women perceive eroticism much as man does and are therefore clueless when mans ego driven sexuality meets miss frigid or miss nymph, both of whom are end products of fear, driven by mans insensitivity to women.

Sex, much like life, is constantly evolving to keep pace with our international jet age world, but are all the changes healthy or just a sign of the times. Historically, sex between two partners used to mean vaginal intercourse with occasional hand assistance to get the male partner ready. Oral sex was the exception, and seldom the rule between partners. Partners tended to stay partners and the concept of sport fucking was not yet a common term.

Removing woman's emotional investment from vaginal sex will have an unknown long term consequence on relationships as we know them today. Incest, a practice as old as is time, is likely to grow and flourish because anal sex removes the pregnancy risk which opens up an entirely new opportunity for inquiring minds and sexual predators worldwide.

Both sexes emerge as winners and losers in this sexual revolution. Men win because they never understood the role sex played in the female mind and women benefited by a reduction in the pregnancy risk to a manageable level. Women are winners because they can have male type relationships (perhaps an extension of women's liberation) minus the emotional attachment and the pregnancy risk. Both men and women risk the same loss of understanding the value of the sense of commitment and safety an emotional commitment brings. 

Women face an additional risk to some extent men do not, which is what to do with and how to release the passionate emotion which only a committed relationship has the potential to set free. Women can manage their emotional needs through aerobic exercise which begs the answer, why there are today women's only gyms, as one of the fastest growing parts of the exercise network.

The Things Women Lie About and Why

 

For as long as I remember, including as far back and my reading has taken me, women have been often accused of misrepresenting certain facts about their lives, usually their age, and their weight. I have always written that off to a from of female macho akin to man bravado about his physical powers and strength. 

Recently however, another really interesting misrepresentation has made it self known to me, one I must confess, i've known about for many years, just never filed it under the right category until today when a very young woman, assured me, she know all about sex, and all about having and enjoying orgasms.

It is possible, all she said was true, however, experience suggests, it is not, for the following reasons. An orgasm, is an erotic sight seeing trip to the fireworks show, sudden blindness, uncontrollable tears, total loss of all muscle control, squirting, defecation and simple loss of all conscientious thought for varying lengths of time. Any particular woman may experience one or more of these erotic fantasies per orgasm.

I have learned over the course of time, for a woman to enter the kingdom of orgasmic delight she must be absent of fear and have absolute trust in her partner, and there in lies the greatest problem to the successful orgasm. The number of women who suffer some form of abuse rape, bullying etc. is well over 60%, and it is these women who are usually the ones with the deepest passion and conversely the ones most likely to be afraid. 

What makes this even more interesting, is that males have no way of knowing, to what extent his female partner is sexually invested in their love making as long as she is lubricated, he is good to go. Once man experiences his release, he assumes, his partner is now in the same space he is in and usually, she does not bust his bubble. At some point, many women come to believe, that the vaginal muscular contractor they experience, is all there is. 

Bottom line, we have the blind leading the blind and one of the blind get constantly left out, even when she comes to believe she was not. Personally, ive never met a woman who had any idea how an orgasm occurs in the first place, or even how to make it deeper or longer. Second, ive met many women who tell  me they know what an orgasm was all about until they discovered they did not and experienced one for the very first time. 

Perhaps, i am a failure in choosing sex partners, but none of the women i have met over the course of my life had ever experienced an orgasm, until i took away their fear and instilled a sense of trust.

As a person who was never a big fan of blow jobs i've often wondered why they were so favored by so many, both men and women.  There are of course, the obvious reasons, simple, quick, immediate and portability almost any where works.

Then there are the not so obvious reasons, male relief without the possibility of pregnancy (unless she tricked you of course), and the woman's ability to satisfy her partners erotic need without risking an emotional attachment which is always the risk a woman assumes with conventional sex.

However, I think i may have discovered the holy grail of blow jobs rational. Watching pictures and movies of male on male sex, one observation is generally always true. Male on male sex appears to be more mechanical, than male female sex, lacking in obvious emotion, tenderness or hugs and a sense of an emotional bond so common in male female sex. I am not suggesting there is no emotion bond in male to male sex, its just vastly different in how it is displayed during a sexual encounter.

Could it be, that mans emotional composition has little in common with woman's sense of passion and therefore is generally incapable of or in fear of any connection which might translate into an emotional connection. This gives new meaning to the old saying, "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Women are generally happy to indulge mans oral needs as it for them is quick and does not subject their erotic mind to an unfulfilled erotic moment.

Generally, man is a selfish lover, only concerning himself with his pleasure and assuming once he has enjoyed his release, his partner by definition has enjoyed hers simply because he enjoyed his and it is her responsibility to please him, period.

I believe, the differences between how erotic emotion is expressed by different sexes defines the physical response but respects the erotic intellectual need to achieve erotic release.

 

 

The Soul of a Woman

Many years ago, when i set out to try to understand the many facets of woman, never in my wildest imagination, did I ever dream of the many layers of life, I would need to peel back, one at a time, much like an onion, until at long last, what remained was something often dreamed about, frequently talked about, but almost never experienced or enjoyed, the Soul of a Woman.

Woman, is without a doubt, the most powerful yet misunderstood, and abused  animal, human or otherwise on the face of the earth,  who despite the obstacles placed in her path, continues to both excite and confuses men as they have so often pointed out, but is often so complex that they confuse each other, and themselves. 

Women, despite their inner strength and resolve, are no match for man's exterior strength and power. Each woman inner strength, however  is almost always the winner where ever the test is one of endurance, and not instant power. Women's intellect as recent data tends to reveal, is more than an equal match for that of men, and in most cases superior.

Having said that, however, women have a wild card that is the core of who they are and what they do. The value of that core however, is totally dependent upon how outside influence effects her core either in a positive or negative manner. The core, the center of woman's strength and power, is her inner strength that flows from what is commonly known as her passion. Raw naked, fearless passion, comprises and is the fundamental building block of the Soul of a Woman.

The combination or a woman's hormone levels, intellect and strength of character form the core of her Soul. How the dynamics of her Soul are displayed and implemented is a function of her ability to mitigate fear in all its many forms. Man in his wisdom, uses every idea, trick or device, to enhance the core fear of a woman, because he clearly understands the existence of fear, is the only thing which tilts the balance of power in his direction.

Women on the other hand have for centuries, fought back and often rebalanced the scale of fear, by only sharing with man, that which he wants, and almost never, that which he needs. It is an interesting dynamic, this sexual dance between fear and want. man and woman, and sadly a contest, no one really wins.
