Sex, much like life, is constantly evolving to keep pace with our international jet age world, but are all the changes healthy or just a sign of the times. Both men and women risk the same loss of understanding the value of the sense of commitment and safety an emotional commitment brings.

Women can manage their emotional needs through aerobic exercise which begs the answer, why there are today women's only gyms, as one of the fastest growing parts of the exercise network.
